Euvessa Products LLC - the company behind Bolt

Bolt is not for sale. This website exists to explain what we are building and to let you tell us you would like to hear about it. That means there is very little for this policy to cover, and we would rather say so in plain words than pad it out.
What we collect
If you sign up to stay informed: your email address, and the date you gave it to us. That is the whole of it. There is no name field, no company field and nothing optional to fill in.
If you email us: whatever is in your message, including your email address and anything you choose to tell us.
If you simply visit: our web host records ordinary server information — the pages requested, the approximate region a request came from, the type of browser and device, and the referring site. This is standard for any website and we use it only to understand which pages people read.
We do not collect names, postal addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth or payment details, because there is nothing on this site to buy and no account to create.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, at any price, ever.
- We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or partners.
- We do not use it to build a profile of you or to target advertising.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that follow you across other websites.
What we use it for
Your email address is used for one thing: to write to you about Bolt. News about what we are building, and eventually the fact that it exists and can be bought. Expect a message every month or two at most, and often less.
We do not send anything else to that address, and we do not use it to contact you about anything other than Bolt.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies Shopify sets to make a website function — session handling and basic security. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or similar tools.
Who else can see it
Your email address is stored in Shopify, which hosts this site, and in the email service we use to send messages. Both are service providers acting on our instructions; neither is permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
If Euvessa Products LLC is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that business. If that happens we will say so on this site before it takes effect.
How long we keep it
Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, and it is deleted when you do. Email you send us is kept as long as it is useful to answer you, and we clear it out periodically.
Your choices
Every message we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works. One click, no questions asked and nothing to confirm.
You can also write to hello@euvessa.com at any time and ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete everything we hold about you
- send you a copy of it in a portable format
We will do any of these within 30 days, and we will not ask you to justify the request. Depending on where you live these may be legal rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the General Data Protection Regulation or a similar law; we intend to honour them for everybody regardless of where they live, because sorting people by jurisdiction is a poor way to treat them.
We will never charge you for exercising any of these, and we will never discriminate against you for it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Bolt is a product families will buy for children, but the buying, the account and this mailing list are for adults. If you believe a child has given us an address, write to us and we will delete it.
Where your information is held
Our service providers store data in the United States. If you are writing to us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred there.
Security
We protect what we hold with the ordinary measures a site like this should have: encrypted connections, access limited to the few people who need it, and no copies kept anywhere they do not need to be. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise. If we ever have a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change is significant — if we start collecting something new, or use what we hold for something different — we will say so in an email rather than hoping you notice.
