These terms cover the use of this website. They are short because the site is short: nothing here is for sale, there is no account to open and no service to subscribe to. The only thing you can do is read and, if you like, leave an email address.

By using this site you agree to what follows. If you do not, please stop using it; there is nothing else you need to do.

1. What this site is

This site describes a product that does not exist yet.

Bolt is in development. It has not been manufactured, it is not for sale, and there is no date on which it will be. Everything on this site — specifications, capabilities, prices, plans, the interface demonstrations, the images — describes what we are building towards rather than a finished product, and all of it may change or be abandoned.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a contract, or a promise that any particular product will be made or made available to you.

2. Nothing here is for sale

There is no checkout, no deposit, no pre-order and no reservation. We are not taking money and we are not holding a place in a queue for anybody. If you ever see a page on this site asking you to pay for a Bolt, and these terms still say this, treat the page as a mistake and write to us.

3. Forward-looking statements

Statements about future performance, availability, price or capability are predictions, not commitments. We make them in good faith based on what we currently intend to build. They may prove wrong. You should not make decisions — financial, commercial or personal — in reliance on them.

If you are considering an investment in Euvessa Products LLC, nothing on this site is an offer of securities, a solicitation, or a substitute for the disclosures that such an offer would require.

4. Staying informed

If you give us your email address, you are asking us to write to you about Bolt. You can stop that at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by writing to us. What we do with the address is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit somebody else's address. Please do not submit addresses in bulk or through automated means.

5. Using the site

You may read this site, use the interactive demonstrations, and share links to it. Please do not:

• attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its systems that is not public
• interfere with the site's operation, or with anybody else's use of it
• scrape or copy the site's content for republication as your own
• use the site to break the law

The interface demonstrations on this site are illustrations. They do not connect to any real service, do not browse the real web, and nothing typed into them is sent anywhere or stored. They are not a preview of a finished product and their behaviour will differ from a shipped one.

6. Our content

The text, images, drawings, layout, software and design of this site belong to Euvessa Products LLC, as do "Bolt", "FamilySafe", "Euvessa" and our logos and product designs. You may not use them as your own or in a way that suggests we endorse you.

You may quote reasonably from this site for the purposes of comment, criticism, review or reporting, and we would rather be quoted accurately than not at all.

Other companies' names on this site — including any laptop we compare Bolt to — belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.

7. Comparisons and third parties

Where we compare Bolt to other products, we describe those products as we understand them at the time of writing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or speaking for any of them. Their products change, and our descriptions may go out of date. If you spot something we have got wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for what is on them.

8. No warranty

This site is provided as it is, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or accurate. We may change it, take parts of it down, or take all of it down, at any time and without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Euvessa Products LLC and its members, officers and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or from anything on it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

10. Indemnity

If your use of this site in breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we agree to those courts having personal jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top, and continuing to use the site means accepting the new version. If a change is significant we will say so on the site rather than quietly replacing the page.

13. The rest

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce something straight away, that is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about this website.
